January 2012 Sarpy Real Estate Market Report. January 2012 is off to a good start. As of February 6, 2012 there were 700 Active listings in Sarpy county. Sold listings for January 2012 for Sarpy county totaled 115 sold listings, which is up 35% compared to January 2010 total of 85.
The decrease in active listings has helped stabilize home prices, but pricing continues to be under pressure. The increase in number of home sales can be contributed to the improving economy, low interest rates and the mild weather.
