I wanted to thank Bryan Sedlacek with First Mortgage Company in Omaha, NE for inviting me to a great mortgage seminar for Omaha Realtors. The seminar started off with a great presentation by George Akers, Executive Vice President, with First Mortgage Company. He spoke about the history of the mortgage market over the past several years leading up to today's events. Other topics included changes that will take place with FHA mortgage loans, new 103% mortgage financing, and FHA appraisal requirements.
