I noticed a lot of listings don't have virtual tours on the Omaha MLS. So I did the following search in the Papillion, La Vista area of active listings, existing homes only, priced from $119,000 to $300,000 (100 listings). Out of the 100 listings, 31 had virtual tours or 31%.
