Active Listings, as of August 1, 2008 and Sold Data from July 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008. Months supply is the number of active listings divided by the number of sold listings for the month.
Sarpy County had 155 attached and detached homes sold in July 2008, compared to 259 sold in July 2007, which is down 40%. As of August 1, 2008, there were 1088 active homes for sale, which is a 7.02 months supply.
