Just a word of caution, don't expect these homes to be in move in condition. Most foreclosure properties have been neglected by the previous owners. Most will need a good cleaning, carpet, paint and some landscape work at the minimum. You will need to determine if the needed repairs offset the reduction in price from the current market value. Don't overlook properties with only 1 photo. 1 photo equals few lookers and possibly a lower price.
