The data was pulled from the Omaha Multiple Listing Service, which includes residential listings only. &lt;p&gt;In 2011 there were 9,944 sales, compared 9,743 in 2010 an increase of 201 sales. The average sale price dropped slightly from 160,797 to 159,601 or -.75%. &amp;nbsp;I think this is a good sign showing the housing market has stabilized from the lows of 2008.&amp;nbsp; In 2009, the first time home buyer tax credit increased sales in 2009.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
