As you can see, my commission structure starts at 4.8%, which is generally lower then what other agents in the Omaha area.  But I also offer a second option, that I put in writing.

(4.4%) by allowing me to be your Buyer's Agent on the home you purchase!
When I represent a seller who is also buying a home in the Omaha Area, I offer this rebate which is a great benefit for everyone involved

Flat 3% if I sell your home without a buyer's agent involved!
My marketing plan is designed to attract buyers.  Therefore, if there is not a buyer’s agent involved in selling your home, I will reduce the commission to 3 %.

Saving up to 3% compared to a 6% commission

• Saving 1,2% compared to other agents.
• Additional savings when I am your buyer’s agent on the home you purchase.
• 3% when no other agent is involved in the sell.

Potentially saving you up to 3%.
